Subject: Business Practices Guidelines (Revision)
The UA Business Practices Guidelines document, initially approved by the President's Cabinet in April 1997, has been revised. The revision is based on input from UA units and reflects current operating procedures and responsibilities.
The purpose of the Business Practices Guidelines document is to (1) delineate responsibilities (2) provide guidance to UA units for the conduct of business activities within the Campus Community and with the External Community and (3) facilitate compliance with ABOR policies and applicable state and federal laws.
